FourNet renews its focus on public sector organisations

Digital transformation and customer experience (CX) specialists, FourNet, have secured their position as one of the most trusted technology suppliers to publicly funded organisations across the UK.

FourNet has been named as an approved supplier on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Network Services 3 framework (RM6116) which offers a streamlined procurement process for public sector bodies.

The new framework enables public sector organisations to easily and swiftly procure any solution in FourNet’s portfolio – including CX, communications, cloud, contact centre, managed service, cybersecurity and secure network infrastructure solutions.

FourNet was previously awarded approved supplier status on the first Network Services framework, RM1045, and the subsequent framework, RM3808.

Ben Ryland, Head of Public Sector at FourNet, said: “It’s a huge privilege for FourNet to have secured a spot on all three Network Services frameworks, and illustrates just how much of a priority we place on ensuring public sector organisations can get the best solutions in our portfolio and achieve maximum commercial value.

“FourNet has always had a keen focus on the public sector, and it’s why we are delighted to have government departments, councils, hospitals, blue light services, and other publicly funded services, like rail companies, on our growing list of customers.

“By using the latest Network Services 3 framework, public sector organisations can buy the best solutions in our entire portfolio through a highly-streamlined procurement process – and if they wish to do so, they should get in touch.”

CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services.

The CCS annual report and accounts for 2022/23 show £3.8 billion of commercial benefits were achieved across the public sector through CCS agreements, an increase of £800 million compared to the previous year. This includes £11.4 million in savings for 26 customers on 4 mobile and data aggregations services, such as voice calls, connectivity and applications.

FourNet works with some of the most secure, critical and commercially driven customers in the UK, including more than 30 UK Government departments and agencies, as well as emergency services and local authorities.

FourNet is hosting its annual Digital Transformation Summit on September 21st at Mansion House in London. If you work in IT, cyber security, customer experience and digital transformation, you can register for a place, here.
