The Northern consultancy, which launched last year with flexible packages and subscriptions tailored to start-ups, is now offering a unique solution by including the EZHR Automated Workflow Tool for free within its HR support packages.
Unique in the market, the EZHR Automated Workflow Tool quickly helps members apply processes and solutions whilst understanding if they need further support from one of the EZHR expert advisors. After an initial testing period, the tool has launched this September to create access to HR advice for SMEs in a way that hasn’t been seen before. The market leading tool is pioneering access for businesses wanting access to HR support in a way that suits them and their business.
The automated workflows help streamline work practices, enabling businesses to get on with the day to day whilst avoiding pitfalls and bottle necks. It means business owners can focus on the work they love to do, rather than spending time on unnecessary tasks.
