Sayer Vincent appoints JoAnna Bowles as Chief Operating Officer

Sayer Vincent, the award-winning firm of charity auditors and advisers, has appointed JoAnna Bowles as its Chief Operating Officer to oversee the day to day running of the business and steer the firm as it expands.

JoAnna brings to Sayer Vincent over 20 years’ experience gained in senior roles in leading financial services firms, and as an independent consultant specialising in business strategy.

JoAnna has a wealth of knowledge and expertise of managing operations, project and programme management and change and transformation.

Her career highlights include four years spent at HSBC where she was Head of Insurance Partnerships for UK and Europe, being Chief Operating Officer at Passport2Health and prior to this, Head of Retail Operations at Nationwide Building Society, amongst other positions.

JoAnna is also a trustee of children’s charity Home-Start Portsmouth, a school governor and has done several pro bono roles, including local government roles.
