Can I chase up the Editor?
No sorry. We love talking to PRs, but phone calls and email chase-ups slow us down – that means it takes longer for anyone. If you can’t see your article live yet, use the site’s search function please – if you call or chase, that’s the same thing we’d use!
Can I make changes to my Post After Publication?
We can accept change requests, however as these take up valuable editing time we charge a £10 amendment fee for making changes to an article once published.
My press release is urgent?
Every PR thinks their release is the most important, so please understand we cannot do ‘favours’, we have to respect everyone and be fair.
If you need urgent or multi-site publication to meet a deadline, we offer a paid same-day service which costs £35 per post for coverage on up to four sites.
